Clothing Return Policy
You can request a return of any purchase of clothing for store credit within 14 days of date of purchase. The clothing must be in new and unused condition with the tags still applied. To request a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for return. If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions including a return label.
We warranty our clothing to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. We reserve the right to determine if the clothing meet these criteria. At our discretion we will either repair or replace the item free of charge.
Face Mask Warranty
We warranty our face masks to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. We reserve the right to determine if the face masks meet these criteria. At our discretion we will either repair or replace the item free of charge. For health and safety reasons, all face masks are final sale and are unfortunately not eligible for an exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your store credit will be posted, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
