  • Why should I wear a face mask?

    As per the Government of Canada website, when worn properly, a person wearing a non-medical mask or face covering can reduce the spread of his or her own infectious respiratory droplets.
  • What are your Face Masks made of?

    We use only the highest-quality materials to make our face masks. All of the masks are made from three layers of material. The inside and outside layers are made from 100% cotton. The third layer of fabric sits between the cotton layers and is made from 100% polypropylene. This layer provides added protection by allowing the wearer to breathe while helping to block tiny particles that could carry the virus.
  • Do the face masks have a space for filters?

    The face masks do not have a space for added filters.
  • Do they come in multiple sizes?

    The full face masks come in adult and kids sizes. The pleated masks come in one size.
  • How do I wash my mask?

    You can wash your face masks either by machine or by hand in lukewarm water with mild detergent. They are dryer friendly but you can also hang to dry.   • Are these medical masks?

    Easy Mondays face masks are non-medical masks. They are not medical devices and are not regulated like medical masks and respirators. They may not be effective in blocking virus particles that may be transmitted by coughing, sneezing or certain medical procedures. They do not provide complete protection from virus particles because of a potential loose fit and the materials used. Medical masks, including surgical, medical procedure face masks and respirators (like N95 masks), must be kept for health care workers and others providing direct care to COVID-19 patients. According to the Canadian Government, the best thing you can do to prevent spreading COVID-19 is to wash your hands frequently with warm water and soap for at least 20 seconds. If none is available, use hand sanitizer with a minimum of 60% alcohol base. Facial covering/non-medical masks can be an additional measure taken to protect others around you, even if you have no symptoms. It can be useful for short periods of time, when physical distancing is not possible in public settings.   • Can they be worn more than once?

  • Where are they made?

    The face masks are all made in Italy.
  • Where do you ship to?

    Currently, we are shipping to Canada and the USA. We would love to send our basics to as many places as possible, but just Canada and the USA at this point.

    What payment methods do you work with?

  • Can I return or exchange my mask?

    For health and safety reasons, all face masks are final sale and are unfortunately not eligible for a refund or an exchange.
  • What do I do if my product is damaged?

    In case there is anything wrong with your items, please write us at support@easymondays.ca and follow these steps:

    1. Brief description of the problem
    2. Include 3-4 pictures of the damaged item from multiple angles
    3. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible!
